Key Responsibilities :
1. Maintain Inventory records both equipment for resale and equipment for lease and rental.
2. Complete inventory records on new equipment purchased for resale.
3. Track equipment for resale : Purchases, location, pictures, maintenance, ready for delivery to customers etc.
4. Examining equipment for resale and record condition of equipment recently listed for resale.
5. Tracking all equipment from point of purchase to point of sale.
6. Prepare spreadsheets for management showing status of all equipment.
7. Assist in issuing of Purchase orders to repair equipment.
8. Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment.
9. Assist accounting as required.
10. Ability to take directions from management and department supervisors.
Qualifications :
1. Associates degree, BS degree preferred.
2. Experience entering data into computer system.
3. Must be able to climb in and out of large equipment.
4. Must be willing to travel 50% of days.
5. Must be willing to work outside when needed.
6. Experience working with large equipment preferred.
7. Work from office in Laurel, MS.
