Job Details

The Senior Programming Engineer will work alongside the Lead Programming Engineer to lead, mentor, and grow a team of Programming Engineers. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a database of control programs that make up the Building Automation System (BAS) for large, complex facilities.

You’ll have a direct impact on team development, ensuring engineers have the tools and support needed for success. This position collaborates closely with sales, project management, design engineering, and field teams to ensure smooth project delivery and system performance.
