Mixer Operator

Staffmark is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Mixer Operator to join our client’s production team. This is a critical role in the manufacturing process where accuracy and consistency are key. Pay Rate : style="color : #0e101a; margin-top : 0pt; margin-bottom : 0pt;">

Shift Start Time : Between 11 : 00 PM – 1 : 00 AM

Schedule : Overnight shifts, Monday–Friday; some weekend work may be required

Responsibilities :

• Lift and pour 50 lb. bags of ingredients into mixing vats throughout the shift
• Read and follow product SOPs (English preferred; training available)
• Use basic math to adjust ingredient quantities by batch size
• Track and handle tools carefully to prevent contamination
• Work at heights when assigned to PG1 (cake squares)
• Assist with deposit line, molds, dough placement, moving racks, covering breaks, cleaning, and other duties as needed
