We're seeking an experienced Overnight Supervisor to join our team in Tempe, AZ. As a night shift supervisor, you'll play a key role in the nightly shift operation. attendance, and meeting client expectations. Top Responsibilities :

• Support, mentor, and assist overnight guard staff as needed
• Check verfiy the nightly schedule, meet & check on staff
• Maintain timely client coverage and identify, fill and communicate any schedule confilcts
• Provide documentation to management for nightly duties & activities
• Valid Guard Card Card
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Good interpersonal communcation skills
• Experience with Vehicle Patrols, Guard tracking software, Scheduling,
• Basic familiarity with Physical Security Measures
