About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its hospice services. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a strong commitment to providing compassionate care. Key responsibilities for this role include leading the development and implementation of service goals that align with the organization's mission and patient care standards, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Executive Director will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring qualified staff, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a current RN license, with a preference for those with executive director-level hospice leadership experience. A minimum of three years in healthcare and five years in a leadership role, preferably within a hospice or similar setting, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and growth, as well as the necessary qualifications in healthcare or a related field. Current CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation are also mandatory. The role demands a strategic leader who can prioritize both patient welfare and organizational success, and who is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those served.
