Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement capacity planning and forecasting tools to optimize fleet service operations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast needs, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to drive strategic decisions.
• Lead and influence projects without direct authority, using strong communication and organizational skills.
• Translate customer needs into scalable solutions, balancing business goals with technical constraints.
• Support planning for Class 46 vehicle fleets and other automotive models (e.g., Tesla).
