Technical Sales Representative (Outside Sales)

Focus Market : Oil & Gas Industry

Territory : Texas and Southern USA

Location : Work from home, outside sales meetings and travel as required

Compensation : Base Salary up to $100,000 / year DOE + Commission

Benefits : Medical / Dental Insurance through company, 3 weeks vacation / year, 5 days PTO (after 12 months)

Company Description : 85-year-old, UK based, well established and financially secure company at the forefront of precision lapping, polishing and cleaning technology is looking for an Outside Technical Sales Representative. The company manufactures diamond abrasive pastes and slurries to ISO 9001 : 2015 quality standards which are used on a range of the company's lapping / polishing machines. The company has recently established a branch in the USA Market, based in Houston, TX to grow sales primarily in Texas, concentrating on the oil & gas market for repairing mechanical seals & valves.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads generated by the company's marketing activities
• Prospecting for new business, especially on core products.
• Provide in-depth technical support to identify and solve customer problems using companies products / services
• Represent company professionally to maintain market leading image & reputation.
