McCorvey Companies, a family-owned manufacturing and construction firm, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. We focus on large-scale projects, including hospitals, research labs, sports stadiums, and schools, and we offer immediate availability and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities :

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP), including reviewing, verifying, coding, and processing invoices and expense reports
• Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Conducting weekly check runs
• Assisting with month-end closing
• Providing supporting documentation for audits
• Reconciling vendor accounts and monthly statements
• Protecting organizational information confidentiality
• Filing and documentation management
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office with strong data entry skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic team environment

Qualifications :

3+ years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Exceptional customer service focus

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
