Position Summary : The basic function of this position is to install and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems while working under the supervision of a more senior technician or supervisor.

Duties And Responsibilities :

• Assists with the installation and troubleshooting of fire protection sprinkler systems for commercial application (including piping, valves, and accessories).
• Prepares accurate and timely documentation for work performed, complete monthly vehicle reports and maintain truck inventory to ensure proper response to customers' needs.
• Adheres to company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures a positive customer experience.
• Has a strong work ethic.
• Is detail-oriented.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
