The Impact You Will Have

As a Business Analyst you will be a key liaison between business leaders and technical teams. You will lead requirements gathering process design and solution delivery efforts that enhance operational efficiency and platform performance. Your work will directly influence QTSs ability to scale and innovate.

What You Will Do

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

Lead workshops interviews and sessions to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications user stories and process flows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and refine requirements based on business drivers and timelines.

Define business dependencies and system intricacies across integrated platforms.

Solution Design & Delivery

Guide the development and implementation of business solutions.

Perform data mapping and define integration points between platforms.

Document feature sets and validate functionality with QA teams.

Lead User Acceptance Testing and ensure successful operational handoff.

Process Improvement & Automation

Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities.

Reengineer workflows to improve automation potential and efficiency.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Project Collaboration & Communication

Partner with project managers to plan and prioritize tasks resources and timelines.

Track and communicate risks assumptions issues and decisions.

Participate in status meetings and leadership activities.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in MIS Computer Science Business or equivalent experience.

5 years as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.

Experience with APIs Agile / Scrum methodology and web-based platforms.

Proficiency in mockups wireframes and prototypes.

Strong facilitation and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management experience.

QA background with full-cycle testing and traceability.

Scrum training or certifications.

Business Analysis certification (CBAP PMI-PBA).

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Expertise in Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

Proficiency in Visio Excel JIRA Confluence.

Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Change agent and self-starter mindset.
