Telecommunications Associate (Mid- to Senior-Level) - Dallas

Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a mid- to senior-level Associate (5-7 years of experience) to join its Telecommunications Practice . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global firm advising top domestic and international clients across the digital infrastructure ecosystem . Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will directly engage with innovative companies shaping the future of global connectivity. Typical responsibilities include :

• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial infrastructure agreements, including terrestrial and subsea connectivity , and space-based service agreements .
• Advising clients on licensing matters for next-generation satellite and spectrum initiatives and other telecommunications services.
• Providing regulatory guidance on telecommunications, wireless, space, and submarine cable issues .
• Conducting due diligence and structuring commercial arrangements that integrate technology and policy considerations.
