Online Survey Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Survey Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and analysis of online surveys. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in survey methodologies, data collection, and data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy online surveys using industry-standard platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify survey objectives and target populations.

Ensure surveys are methodologically sound, unbiased, and optimized for high response rates.

Manage end-to-end survey projects, including planning, fielding, monitoring, and reporting.

Clean, analyze, and interpret survey data using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python).

Develop comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings.

Maintain data privacy and confidentiality in line with organizational policies and industry standards.

Stay updated on emerging survey technologies, methodologies, and best practices.

Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Marketing Research, Data Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in survey research, preferably in a senior or lead role.

Advanced knowledge of survey platforms and statistical analysis tools.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Demonstrated project management experience.

Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Compensation :

Hourly Pay Rate : $38 - $55 per hour.
