A Day in the Life

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to our Operations business, helping leaders identify and attract top-tier talent to drive our mission forward. You'll combine business acumen, strategic recruitment expertise, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence to ensure we hire the right people at the right time. In this role, you will be responsible for executing recruitment efforts for our Operations and Supply Chain function in the USA. You will support and fill requisitions while developing strong pipelines of qualified diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and / or referral candidate pools. This is an onsite role at our Operational Headquarters office in Fridley, MN. This role will be in the office 4 days / week. • Strategic Hiring Partner Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs.

• Market Intelligence Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market shifts to drive proactive recruitment strategies.
• Build Talent Pipelines Proactively source and engage high-caliber professionals, ensuring we're ready to scale as our business expands.
• Champion Diversity & Inclusion Embed inclusive hiring strategies that drive diverse perspectives and fuel innovation in our teams.
• Drive Continuous Improvement Leverage data, insights, and cutting-edge tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $54,400.00 - $81,600.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
