• Experience with and proven commitment to working with low-income and marginalized communities, as well as individuals with multiple chronic medical and / or behavioral health conditions.
• Clean NYS Driver’s License
• Dependable and flexible
• Able to maintain a high level of client confidentiality.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Exemplary time management skills.
• Ability to work with colleagues to solve problems.
