job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupport day-to-day operations across communities, ensuring consistent delivery of resident-centered services. Oversee non-clinical aspects of admissions, move-ins, documentation completeness, and family onboarding. Assist with staffing oversight, including reviewing trends, coordinating coverage solutions, and supporting scheduling processes. Coach, mentor, and support care teams in customer service, teamwork, and adherence to Sun Health values. Participate in onboarding, evaluations, and performance feedback in collaboration with the Senior Director. Promote a positive culture grounded in resident dignity, service excellence, and trauma-informed dementia care practices. Conduct or oversee operational audits, including environmental safety rounds and customer experience evaluations. Support preparation for surveys and internal audits, ensuring non-clinical documentation and processes are complete and compliant. Collect, track, and assist in interpreting operational metrics (hospital transfers, service utilization, response times, etc.). Maintain proactive communication with residents and families regarding service delivery, concerns, and satisfaction. Assist with issue resolution and support Senior Director in managing escalated concerns. Help ensure resident rights, dignity, and quality of life are upheld. Arizona Certified Caregiver required At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Assisted Living or Memory Support Assisted Living Manager (ALM) Certification, preferred or obtainable CPR / First Aid and Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, required or obtainable Arizona Certified Caregiver required At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Assisted Living or Memory Support Assisted Living Manager (ALM) Certification, preferred or obtainable CPR / First Aid and Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, required or obtainable Comprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision). 401k with immediate vesting and up to 4% employer match.
