Responsibilities

  • Client Support : Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance policies based on their individual requirements and preferences.
  • Sales Generation : Actively promote insurance products to prospective clients and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Policy Management : Maintain accurate records of policies, process policy changes, and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Compliance : Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies while conducting business ethically and responsibly.
  • All leads are provided by agency. No cold calls required!

Requirements

  • Active Colorado Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Parker, Colorado for on-site work.
