16 - $20 (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter and update employee information into HR databases, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
- Scan, upload, and organize personnel files in digital storage systems.
- Maintain physical employee files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and filed.
- Verify data accuracy by cross-checking information with source documents.
- Assist in retrieving employee records as requested by HR staff or management.
- Monitor files to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to personnel records.
- Support HR team with other administrative duties as needed, including document preparation and data audits.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in office administration or HR preferred.Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or HR support role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
