Parking Ambassador (Full time)

Parking Concepts, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Parking Ambassador position in Walnut Creek, CA.

Position Overview : Ensures that an appropriate number of cars are kept on location throughout the shift and are being parked correctly and the lot is kept clean and presentable.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have.
  • Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the supervisor or site manager.
  • Communicate any safety issues regarding debris, water, oil spills etc. directly to the site manager or supervisor.
  • Have a good knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the lot.
  • Assist Supervisor or Site Manager with other duties as required.

    • Qualifications

    Requirements :

  • Superb customer service and communication skills.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Ability to sit and / or stand at a designated station for extended periods of time, ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, kneel, crouch, twist push / pull items, devices, etc. during the course of scheduled working hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs to position or remove barricades in order to close or open parking areas.
