Community Wellness Program Support
Support students, faculty and staff in the organization and implementation of the TUC Community Wellness Program. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of the Community Wellness Student Peer Educators and in the management of the campus-based food pantry. Collect and report all program data back to Primary Investigator of the HRSA grant. This position is under the supervision of the Vice Provost and Dean of Student Affairs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of supportive services for students, faculty and staff participating in the HRSA community wellness modules.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of the Community Wellness program Student Peer Educators
- Interact with student leaders to ensure attendance, scheduling of modules, and eligibility for gift cards.
- Assist in the coordination and management of a campus-based food pantry.
- Create and maintain files for food distribution, market and promote the food pantry.
- Coordinate food delivery services with the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano
- Assist in the drafting and submission of Federal Reports and Budget updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary
Maximum Salary : USD $30.96 / Hr.
Minimum Salary : USD $24.76 / Hr.
