Steno is growing! We're looking for a Principal Recruiter to focus on our industry-leading Go to Market team expansion, as we continue to revolutionize the court reporting industry. On a Regular Basis You Will

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex Go to Market requisitions, including for outside sales professionals and sales directors, creating innovative and industry-relevant sourcing strategies and driving engagement to bring the best talent to each role
• Support hiring needs across the business, and lead the design and optimization of recruiting systems and workflows
• Canvas the Court Reporting and Legal Technology industries with effective and consistent sourcing efforts to promote a healthy pipeline of industry talent
• Help design the structure of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and associated workflows and tools, ensuring scalable and efficient processes that support strategic hiring goals
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define ideal talent acquisition strategies, establish screening criteria, and craft compelling, precise job postings that attract top-tier candidates
• Elevate Steno's employer brand across internal and external channels, including social media and industry forums, ensuring a consistently exceptional and thoughtful candidate experience
• Drive thought leadership in recruiting by analyzing industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices, and implementing innovative, scalable approaches that enhance talent acquisition effectiveness
• Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership, optimizing processes, and continuously improving hiring outcomes
