- Annual Compensation : $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience.
Position Overview : The TMS Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the TMS Service line within their state. The TMS Operations Manager provides oversight, guidance, and coverage for the Care Coordinator staff while monitoring and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the referral process. The TMS Operations Manager will work closely with Clinic Operations ensuring a seamless TMS Operation, Community Engagement on communication for external referral partners, and Revenue Cycle to ensure prior authorizations are in place for revenue collections.
Essential Responsibilities :
Manages and develops an effective Care Coordinator staff : providing effective communication, leadership, guidance, and resources according to organizational policies and applicable laws and regulations. Determines staff qualifications and competency : recruits, interviews, selects, hires, trains, orients, mentors, evaluates, coaches, counsels, disciplines, and rewards. Establishes and monitors staff safety and regulatory compliance.Assigns and manages day-to-day workflow for TMS Care Coordinators. Implements staff adjustments, back-up coverage or cross coverage as needed.Assists TMS Care Coordinators with escalated patient concerns and prior authorization difficulties.Collaborates with Regional Trainers to maintain ongoing TMS Technician Certification for TMS Care Coordinators. Responsible for coordinating training TMS Care Coordinator training logistics.Supports Clinic Operations in assigning TMS Care Coordinators for TMS Technician cross coverage, as needed.Supports Clinic Operations in training and assisting TMS Clinic Leads and Regional Medical Directors on operational reports and dashboards. Maintains visibility and strategizes with clinic leaders on each clinic’s referral pipeline to identify and implement strategic plan to build TMS program.Works closely with Regional Trainers to ensure TMS Technicians have up to date operational guidance and workflows.Serves as TMS Operations and insurance landscape subject matter expert for their state / regions.Participates and at times leads TMS Performance Review meetings.Monitors, reports, and strategizes TMS KPIs and Performance in conjunction with Regional Medical Director to Vice President, TMS Service Line.Other Duties :
Provides back-up coverage for TMS Care Coordinators as needed.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Supervisory or Managerial Responsibility :
Supervises up to 10 employees.Travel :
Regional travel required.Minimum Qualifications :
