Process payment documents, confirming proper coding, approvals, supporting documentation, and payment dates. Prepare and maintain financial reports such as Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and distribution of checks with required supporting materials. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain organized records. Record and update transactions within the accounting system. 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable Proficiency with accounting software (GP Dynamics preferred) and Excel Strong knowledge of debits vs credits
