Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Clerk located in St. Paul, MN. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, handling payroll taxes, and assisting with accounting tasks. The Payroll Clerk will work closely with the HR and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Management
• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and payroll compliance regulations
• Accounting skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
