Registered Respiratory Therapist - Night Shifts (12 or 8-Hour Nights)

Position Overview

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will assess, treat, and manage patients with cardiopulmonary conditions using evidence-based practices. Whether working a 12-hour (7PM 7AM) or 8-hour night shift , you will partner closely with medical staff to provide life-saving respiratory interventions in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver therapeutic respiratory treatments including oxygen therapy, bronchodilator administration, and airway clearance techniques

Initiate and manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation

Monitor respiratory status, perform assessments, and modify treatment plans based on clinical response

Provide airway management support during emergencies and rapid response situations

Accurately document treatments, assessments, and patient progress in the EMR

Maintain and troubleshoot ventilators and respiratory therapy equipment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
