The Job :

As a DeWALT Service Technician youll be part of our Product Services team working as an on-site employee. Youll get to :

• Handle simple repairs to all portable electric and pneumatic tool light construction equipment & outdoor products.
• Troubleshoot tool failure fully or partially disassembling unit to examine components for wear / defects and replacing parts that are worn or defective.
• Assist with maintenance of shop equipment and maintains clean and safe work environment.
• Properly inspect tools and equipment for safe operation prior to use returning tools in good condition to appropriate storage area after use.
• Complete work orders using repair parts and labor to include pricing and pertinent customer information.
• Manage inventory by ensuring accuracy with parts and accessories.
• Other duties as assigned.

The base pay range for this position in California is $19.00-$21.00 USD per hour . Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
