The Job
You will be responsible for :
Managing the branch P&L and developing and implementing activities to achieve branch’s financial targets.Overseeing daily branch operations and allocating resources to ensure financial objectives are met.Managing service delivery of the branch to ensure and excellent customer experience.Continuously seeking feedback and inputs to identify opportunities for streamlining branch processes and improving operational efficiency.Coaching, training and developing branch staff.Ensuring branch processes are fully compliant with internal policies and statutory guidelines.Overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the plant to ensure it is running efficiently, safely and cost effectively.Improving customer satisfaction by providing accurate and value-added responses to customer concerns and issues in a timely manner.Establishing processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution and accessibility of documents.The Profile
You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Branch Manager or Engineering within the Accounting Industry, Asset Management and Telecommunications.You enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardThe Employer
