Responsibilities :

• Process AP transactions and perform credit card reconciliations accurately and timely
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations and support month-end close activities
• Prepare and maintain financial records
• Handle expense report processing
• Assist with vendor inquiries and issue resolution
• Monitor and track invoices for approval
• Perform data entry and maintain accounting files
• Support cross-training initiatives within the team
• Participate in process improvement projects
• Complete occasional local errands (mail pickup, etc. will be reimbursed)
• Support automation initiatives and identify areas for efficiency gains
• Manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
• Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to a positive, people-first culture with a focus on growth
