We’re at an inflection point—scaling from early pilots to multi‑center deployment—and need an expert in

process design and onboarding standardization

to help us build the operational backbone for growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a

fractional consultant

who thrives at the intersection of

operations, documentation, and scale . You’ll map our existing onboarding workflows, design a standardized end‑to‑end process, and build the documentation system that will support our expansion across dozens of clinics.

scalable onboarding engine

for a SaaS or medtech company, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Audit and redesign onboarding workflows for dialysis centers and internal teams.

Create clear, scalable SOPs, templates, and QA checklists.

Build a unified documentation hub (Google Workspace or Notion).

Develop a customer‑facing onboarding “playbook” for dialysis centers.

Run one pilot onboarding and refine based on results.

Train our internal team on the new standardized system.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years designing or documenting operational workflows for SaaS, medtech, or healthcare organizations.

Experience implementing scalable processes for early‑stage or high‑growth startups.

Excellent writing, documentation, and visualization skills.

Comfortable working independently with executive leadership.

Experience in regulated or clinical environments (FDA, HIPAA, QMS) a plus.
