Job Description

Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from planning to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements on-site.

Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays efficiently.

Prepare and present regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Oversee quality control to ensure the final product meets company standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering preferred but not required
• Experience on mid to large size projects
