Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Atlassian Technical Advisory Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them optimize, scale, and future-proof their Atlassian environments. This role combines technical expertise, strategic consulting, and proactive engagement to ensure our clients derive maximum business value from Jira, Confluence, and the broader Atlassian ecosystem. You will operate as an embedded partner — not just a support contact — collaborating regularly with client stakeholders to align tools with business goals, build governance frameworks, and drive continuous improvement.

Strategic Advisory & Planning

• Partner with clients to align Atlassian tool usage with organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain a strategic backlog of improvements, roadmap initiatives, and optimization opportunities.
