GameDay Men's Health is hiring a PART-TIME Certified Medical Assistant for its Carmel and Fishers location. The position is ideal for someone interested in being a part of a pioneering health program for men. (www.gamedaymenshealth.com).

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for :

This is part-time work, if you need full time then probably not the best job for you

Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients (2+ Years of Experience Required) if you can't straight needle then don't apply as we do 10-12 sticks per day

Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins) - 10-12 of these per day

Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR

Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts

Assisting medical providers with patient care

Greeting patients

Assisting in lab operations

Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.

Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text

Heavy Office Management work with computer experience required

Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text

Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials

Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment

Qualifications : Experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
