Hr Assistant

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant who will be an integral part of our human resources department. The successful candidate will assist in organizing, coordinating, and carrying out all human resource department projects and processes for the company. Responsibilities include : assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, providing administrative support to the HR department, processing paperwork and maintaining all employee records, coordinating HR projects and meetings, assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, communicating with public services when necessary, supporting the recruitment / hiring process, compiling and updating employees' records (hard and soft copies), income and benefits administration, coordinating training sessions and seminars, performing orientations, onboarding, and updating records with new hires, and producing and submitting reports on general HR activity.

Requirements include : proven experience as an HR Assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources experience, computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software, knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws, basic understanding of databases and data management, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow-up on work activities, strong communication skills, and a high school degree and / or related experience.
