About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition for Manufacturing to lead the strategic and operational aspects of recruiting for manufacturing and production functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for becoming an expert in the supported business areas, overseeing the hiring roadmap, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, identifying staffing needs, and working closely with division leaders and people partners to maintain a consistent and effective talent acquisition approach. The Head of Talent Acquisition will also be tasked with refining the interview process, delivering a targeted talent map, and engaging in high-level partnerships for headcount planning and management.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role requires a proven track record in developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Familiarity with ATS and HR databases, knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and the ability to analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with government contractors, DOD agencies, and IC agencies, as well as experience in hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances. The Head of Talent Acquisition for Manufacturing will play a critical role in supporting the company's mission to bring cutting-edge technology to the military.
