Field Technical HCP Educator

The Field Technical HCP Educator role focuses on delivering high-quality onboarding and technical support to healthcare professionals (HCPs) using a specialized HCP portal in the immunology space. You will provide both in-person and virtual training, ensuring a seamless and compliant user experience that supports patient treatment initiation.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Onboarding & Training : Educate HCPs and office staff on portal access, navigation, and best practices through in-person and virtual sessions.
• Technical Support : Serve as the first point of contact for login issues and technical troubleshooting, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Remote Assistance : Use digital tools to provide virtual support and guide users through the portal interface.
• Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA) and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Feedback & Improvement : Collect user feedback to identify issues and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the platform and expand its use across the organization.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $105,000-122,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
