What You'll Do :

Visit adult and geriatric clients in their homes

Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Provide one-on-one care with purpose and flexibility

Use a tablet to document care (no clunky EMRs or long nights catching up on notes)

Educate patients and families to promote independence and safety

What You'll Need :

Active NJ Physical Therapist license

Passion for meaningful, patient-centered care

Additional Information :

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation :

$62.00 - $70.00 per point
