Summary of Position
This job performs routine clerical and administrative work in answering phones, receiving the public and providing customer assistance. Minimum Required Education A high school diploma or GED required. Minimum Required Experience Six (6) months of clerical or customer service experience Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- A Demonstrated ability to greet / assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to transfer calls appropriately.
- Must have great Customer Service Skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, strong computer skills required.
- Operate general office equipment including copier and scanner.
- Computer literacy to include the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to multitask
