About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives that support business growth and lead generation. In this hybrid role based in Miami, you'll oversee digital advertising, manage content strategy and vendors, and implement marketing automation to help the company stand out in a competitive market.

Reporting to the CEO, you'll collaborate across departments to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.

    • What You'll Be Doing

    As the Marketing Coordinator, you will :

  • Oversee LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Lead SEO efforts to increase search visibility and drive high-quality leads.
  • Enhance and maintain the company website to ensure seamless user experience, content accuracy, and optimal technical performance.
  • Develop case studies, whitepapers, and social media content to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to produce graphics and video content.
  • Manage and schedule posts across all social media channels and platforms.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation campaigns and workflows (e.g., HubSpot or Pardot).
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics such as lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, sponsorships, and PR activities (e.g., media coverage, speaking engagements).
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI to make data-driven decisions.
  • Report on website traffic, lead conversions, and ad performance regularly.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client or company information.

    • What You'll Bring to the Team

    We are looking for a results-oriented and creative marketing professional with the following qualifications :

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the electronic security, technology, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO best practices, and CRM / marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills across various formats.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience collaborating with vendors and external agencies.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • e-Commerce experience is a plus

    • Work Environment, Physical and Other Requirements

  • This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to attend off-site events as needed.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shift.
  • Background checks are required prior to employment.

  • $60,000-$65,000 per year. Based on experience / qualifications.
