job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults (couples and families optional, based on the clinician’s preference) Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 scheduled clinical hours per week (full-time) Deliver evidence-based, culturally competent care in a private, non-shared office setting Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with TBAC Group’s standards and ethical guidelines Collaborate regularly with fellow clinicians and participate in team case consultations Engage in regular clinical supervision (if provisionally licensed) and ongoing training opportunities Maintain current knowledge of best practices in behavioral health and integrate them into clinical work Uphold HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality at all times Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills in interactions with clients and colleagues Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and clinic events as required Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive clinic environment Active Florida license as one of the following : Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) – OR – Florida Registered Intern actively working toward full licensure (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field Willingness to work with clients across the lifespan (children, teens, adults; couples / families optional) Strong clinical and ethical judgment with excellent documentation and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, supportive approach to clinical care Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn and grow Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of 30 clinical hours per week in an outpatient setting

We have over 30 full-time, W-2 employed counselors working Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends. Our clinic-based model emphasizes collaboration, support, and clinical excellence.
