Licenses

  • Show a plumber's license or demonstrate journeyman expertise.
  • A valid Driver's License.

  • A plumber with commercial ground up and remodeling experience.
  • Multiple phase and project experience.
  • 5+ years of plumbing experience or a valid plumbing license.
  • Bringing your own tools is a plus and we offer a tool purchase program.

    You will be a member of our commercial and industrial project teams with work done for major retailers you would know, industrial manufacturers of the area, and a range of other ground up projects and remodels. Many of our projects run from a month to a few months so you have a sense of a regular work schedule.

    You need to be a plumber that can work independently. You will have the satisfaction of running your own jobs and projects, while being supported with material supply, plumber team support, and more.

    Depending upon your experience your compensation will range from a competitive $35 to $42 per hour. We are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for licensed plumbers, and potentially for highly experienced unlicensed plumbers. Half of the bonus will be paid upon hire, and the other half will be paid after 6 months.

    Triple J Plumbing is a professionally operated family-owned business that was founded 15 years ago in support of commercial and industrial general and utility gas plumbing. We are agile in the decisions we can make to support your needs, yet big enough to have the bigger tools you need from larger excavators, dumps, jetters, and more of the tools you need.

    Our business is expanding with a new contract bidding department that is bidding $1M+ jobs per week to keep you busy. We are looking for a plumber that we can trust to know their trade, work independently, engage with general contractors to keep the project on time and in budget, while leading a team. You will be working from demolition, to first rough, second rough, finish, and through the punch-list. You will thrive in the role if you enjoy bigger projects and working more than one project at a time.
