job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFacilitate development of the HMS System requirements by using object-oriented methodology and design using the Unified Modeling Language and / or Flow Charts as directed by the Department. Develop test cases and scripts to test the application and provide support software testing and quality assurance to ensure that the application meets user requirements as directed by the Department Identify opportunities for process improvements that would reduce effort Provide work estimates communication and updates for Release Planning Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum daily in the time indicated on the work tickets assigned by the Department to implement system feature enhancements or additions and bug fixes 5 years demonstrated experience with implementing Health Care Systems 5 years demonstrated experience with the Departments clinic management or electronic health record software 5 years demonstrated experience writing and developing user and system requirements 3 year demonstrated experience with Agile software development project management and testing 5 years demonstrated experience in analysis testing and flowcharting and unified modeling 5 years demonstrated experience using SQL 5 years demonstrated experience with formal software testing 5 years demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting 1 year demonstrated experience with systems analyst project lead 1 year demonstrated experience with developing and mentoring analysts Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and
Systems Analyst
Location : Tallahassee FL (Onsite)
Duration : 12 Months
What Youll Do
- Provide research and analytical services for defects enhancements and systems as they emerge as directed by the Department
- Meet with the Departments Program offices to collect user requirements facilitate the development of Requirements documentation for defects and enhancements to the HMS
system as directed by the Department.
