VTL (Vertical Turret Lathe) Machinist plays a key role in precision manufacturingespecially for components used in piping systems, heat exchangers, and industrial equipment.

Core Responsibilities
- Operate VTL machines to produce high-precision metal parts based on engineering drawings
- Set up and adjust tooling and machine parameters for each job
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure parts meet dimensional specs
- Collaborate with experienced machinists on setups and troubleshooting
- Document production data and quality checks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
