Contract Duration : 9 Months+ with extensions or FTE conversion

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience,
  • 2+ years in business systems / reporting ops with hands-on exception monitoring & remediation
  • Proven SLA delivery, root-cause analysis, and clear documentation
  • Strong written / verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Loyalty / Rewards (credit card) domain exposure
  • Mainframe (z / OS, JCL) familiarity
  • Process improvement experience
  • Strong Attention to detail

    • What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the Co-Branded & Branded Credit Cards Loyalty / Rewards space by monitoring control and exception reports, correcting identified defects via front end systems, and driving process efficiencies and report consolidation—all within published SLAs. Partner with technology, operations, and risk / control teams to deliver timely, auditable fixes and strengthen reporting quality. (Mainframe familiarity a plus.
  • Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Technology Business Systems Consulting.
  • Review and analyze basic or tactical Technology Business Systems Consulting assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
  • Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information to client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.
