A company is looking for a Recruiter, LBS.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to meet staffing needs

Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring

Prepare staffing reports and track key staffing metrics

Required Qualifications

3 or more years of experience in managing the entire recruiting life cycle

3 or more years of healthcare recruiting experience

Strong sourcing experience preferred

Associate degree preferred
