As a Supervising Mortgage Loan Officer within PNCs Mortgage organization, you will be based in Greater Denver Metro, CO area.

As a Supervising Mortgage Loan Officer, your responsibilities include :

• Recommending loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements. Managing daily loan activities of a small, high performing Mortgage Loan Officer team.
• Managing a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeking prospective opportunities to retain and / or develop new clients. Preparing loan solutions and referring other banking products and services; reviewing documentation to ensure compliance.
• Growing, retaining and developing an effective sales force to cover the geography of the market. Managing own and teams pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collecting and analyzing customer financial information for multifaceted and / or complex borrowers.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $37,440.00 $37,440.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
