As a Director, HR Systems & Payroll on the People Services (HR) team, a typical day for you will include :

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a payroll and HR systems team, fostering operational excellence and high performance.
• Managing relationships with HR / payroll vendors, employer-of-record (EOR) partners, and in-country service vendors to ensure service quality, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Promoting adoption of best practices, continuous improvement, and professional development within the team.
• Maintaining, optimizing, and scaling HRIS and payroll systems to meet organizational needs.
• Leading system integrations, including M&A employee data migrations, multi-system interfaces, and process harmonization.
