A company is looking for a Client Success Manager and Salesforce Consultant. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations Design and maintain robust data models to ensure accuracy and scalability Lead cross-functional projects and provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field 2-3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably with Non-profit cloud and NPSP Project management experience, ideally with Mid-market accounts Salesforce certification preferred but not required Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
