As a Sales Account Executive, you will execute full sales lifecycle processes from pre-work, detailed discovery conversations, and informative meetings in order to identify the needs of prospective clients and perform as a trusted advisor for their forwarding needs.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 years' experience in a freight forwarding role is required.
• Previous experience directly selling ocean and / or air services is preferred.
• Previous experience using the ERP system, CargoWise One, is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; team player; problem solver.
• High emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Professional email and phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities :

Salary : $45,000 - $80,000 / annual base salary + uncapped sales commission. Base salary dependent on industry and sales experience.
