Business Support Analyst

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Agile Development teams by coordinating requirements, design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities.
• Provide business support for multiple technology systems including SAP, PeopleSoft, OnBase, NICE, etc.
• Conduct data mining and analysis to support internal / external requests and develop integrated reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to document and submit system change requests.
• Develop and deliver communication / training materials related to system updates and defect resolutions.
• Additional Management areas of the department include Phone Center, Quality Assurance, Billing and Customer Accounting, Remittance Processing and Collections, Financial Controls / Reconciliations, Business Support and Walk-in Offices.
• Hybrid work schedule after training.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :

The base salary for this position is $62,500 – 78,000.

The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include : individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
