In this role, you'll travel extensively to perform critical installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on thermal processing machinery at customer facilities. Learn more at Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain industrial thermal processing equipment at customer facilities.- Provide emergency and scheduled repair services for production equipment.- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform repairs.- Read and interpret manuals, work orders, diagrams, and pencil sketches.- Conduct preventative maintenance on various machines and facility systems.- Perform minor plumbing and welding tasks as needed.- Operate hand and power tools, meters, material handling equipment safely.- Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report issues promptly.- Maintain clean and safe work environments per company and OSHA regulations.- Travel regularly (up to 75%) for assignments across the country. Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience in industrial settings.- High school diploma or GED required.- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% (including overnights).- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in pneumatics and hydraulics.- Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.- Skilled in using hand tools, meters, and welding equipment.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Must be safety-conscious, organized, and dependable.
