Job Summary

We are looking for dependable, hardworking Christmas Light Installers to join our holiday lighting team. You’ll be installing custom, professional-grade Christmas lights on rooftops, trees, and landscapes of high-end residential properties. This role is physically demanding, detail-oriented, and customer-facing—perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and wants to be part of creating holiday magic.

Responsibilities

  • Install and remove Christmas lights on rooftops, trees, bushes, and architectural features
  • Safely use ladders, lifts, and tools to reach rooflines and elevated surfaces
  • Troubleshoot light strings and electrical connections
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and respectful presence at customer properties
  • Follow design plans with precision and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with sales team and clients as needed
  • Help maintain inventory and ensure equipment is organized and functional

    • Qualifications

  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (You’ll be climbing ladders and spending long hours on your feet outdoors)
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in a clean install (Straight lines. Hidden cords. Symmetry matters.)
  • Punctual and reliable (This is seasonal work—we need people who show up on time every time)
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours during peak season
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with :

    • Christmas light installation

  • Landscaping, roofing, or general construction
  • Power tools and ladders
  • Background in customer service or working on luxury properties a plus
  • Driver’s license with clean driving record

    • Season & Schedule

  • Season runs : Late September – Early January
  • Peak hours : 7 AM – 5 PM, with potential for longer days as the holidays approach
  • Weekend availability is often required during peak season

    • Process & Pay

  • 10-minute zoom / phone interview with out in-house Christmas Light Operations Manager
  • 30-minute in-person skills interview at our dispatch location
  • Contract Role : $25 / hr of dedicated time to the job
